Golden in colour, it is a real treasure of an oil and said it be great as an astringent, and for revitalising and refreshing. lemongrass essential oil is used as aromatherapy to relieve muscle pain, externally to kill bacteria, ward off insects, and reduce body aches, and internally to help your digestive system. It can also be used for flavouring tea and soups, and it adds fragrance to cosmetics, soaps, and homemade deodorizers although we would never recommend using oil internally.
Top Tip: Use lemongrass oil as a natural and safe air freshener or deodorizer. You can add the oil to water and use it as a mist or use an oil diffuser or vaporizer. By adding other essential oils, we like lavender or peppermint and love ylang ylang, you can customize your own natural fragrance.

HOW TO USE
Baths - Blend 5-8 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil and add to bath
Massages - Add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 1 tablespoonful of carrier oil
Vapourisation - Add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner, aroma stone or aroma stream

Shelf Life - Our essential oils all have a shelf life in excess of 12 months. However, as with any essential oil we recommend using it within 12 months of opening
