1 - Soothing and Calming for body and mind
2 - Thought to relieve the symptoms of anxiety, panic, depression, tension and nervous related difficulties
3 - Revitalising, toning and antibacterial on the skin in great cream, lotions or toners.
4 - Healing and Soothing to skin, good used for burns and wounds but should not be applied to open skin. Can ease the symptoms of sunburn and sunstroke
5 – Great for aiding sleep and relaxation especially when combined with Chamomile and Marjoram

HOW TO USE
Baths - blend 5-8 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil and add to bath
Massages - add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 1 tablespoonful of carrier oil
Vapourisation - add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner, aroma stone or aroma stream

Shelf Life - Our essential oils all have a shelf life in excess of 12 months. However, as with any essential oil we recommend using it within 12 months of opening

This is one of my favourite oils, and I use it in my soap all the time, either alone or blended with MNG`s Lemongrass. It really sticks in my CP soaps and is a trusted companion, along with other oils from MNG:. Can highly recommend:)
