Patchouli Essential Oil
Frequently used as a deodorant and fragrance. Claimed to be harmonising, balancing, and diminish depression, fight anxiety, and help with nervous exhaustion.
Can clear the mind, calm improve concentration and be stimulating at the same time. Also said to be a diuretic and reduces water retention, especially useful for PMS.
Fantastic in an oil burner or aroma diffuser and blends brilliantly with Bergamot, Clary sage lavender and myrrh.

HOW TO USE
Baths - Blend 5-8 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil and add to bath
Massages - Add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 1 tablespoonful of carrier oil
Vapourisation - Add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner, aroma stone or aroma stream
