In our amber glass we have our fabulous Therapeutic Grade oil form Spain. Fresh, Minty, herbaceous and even balsamic, the scent is bristling with top and middle notes.
Claimed to be mind clearing, reviving, stimulating & pain relieving & a must for concentration. So many claimed uses! A physical and mental stimulant that aids mental clarity, it is often inhaled during exams or when mentally fatigued. It helps hangover, headaches, migraine and neuralgia. Eases stiff muscles & nervous exhaustion. The antiseptic action is said to be suitable for intestinal infections and diarrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence, hepatic disorders and jaundice. Also relieves rheumatic pain arthritis, muscular pain and arteriosclerosis, palpitations, poor circulation and varicose veins

KEY BENEFITS & CAUTIONS
1 - This is a physical and mental stimulant that helps to achieve mental clarity and revive poor memory. Smell during exams or when mentally fatigued. Use in a bath after illness or for hangovers
2 - Help to ease tired, stiff and overworked muscles, especially when combined with Lavender and Marjoram
3 - Use to help with headaches, migraines, neuralgia, mental fatigue and nervous exhaustion and the antiseptic action of rosemary oil is especially suitable for intestinal infections and diarrhea, easing colitis, dyspepsia, flatulence, hepatic disorders and jaundice and relieving pain associated with rheumatism, arthritis, muscular pain and gout.
4 - It helps for arteriosclerosis, palpitations, poor circulation and varicose veins.
5 – On the respiratory system, it is effective for asthma, bronchitis, catarrh, sinus and whooping cough. Because of its astringent action, it is also effective for countering sagging skin. Its stimulating action benefits scalp disorders and encourages hair growth.
Cautions: Do not use during pregnancy. Do not use extensively on epileptics.
HOW TO USE
Baths - blend 5-8 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil and add to bath
Massages - add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 1 tablespoonful of carrier oil
Vapourisation - add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner, aroma stone or aroma stream
