Cypress Essential Oil Variations
Off the top of my head I can’t think of many oils we source in Austria (although we do buy 10ml amber glass bottles there). But this pale yellow, sweet, balsamic, tenacious, middle note oil suggests we should spend more time in the Alps, as this really is a top-notch oil.
Used in a variety of ways. It can be inhaled or vaporised in a diffuser to calm and relax your mind. It can also help alleviate breathing disorders, such as asthma, emphysema, and bronchitis. Use it as a massage oil to relieve asthma, arthritis, rheumatism, cramps, varicose veins, and heavy menstrual flow. C
ypress essential oil blends well with lavender, bergamot, cedarwood, chamomile and ylang ylang oils. These oils have sedative properties and can be calming and soothing when used aromatically or topically. Blend your favourite oils, and add to a warm water bath or massage oil.
