Ylang Ylang organic Essential Oil
In green glass we have our Soil Association Certified Organic Ylang Ylang.
This yummy Ylang Ylang comes from the Comores Island (near Madagascar) This fabulously fragrant oil shares the same sweet, soft, exotic top to middle note but has a tad more tenacity. Seductive and unique. The pale yellow oil comes from flowers harvested during the early morning when the essential oil content is high.
Wonderful in candles and soaps or simply in a burner. We love if blended with lemongrass! There are four grades of Ylang oil, of which this pale yellow extra is the finest and most prized. The sweet, soft, floral scent is seductive and exotic and has a top to middle note. We buy in the Comores Islands, accepted as producing the finest oil of this type. Compared with grades 1, 2 and 3 or “complete”, (a blend of all 3), extra is the purest and lightest fragrance, reminiscent of the finest Jasmine.
Used in general skincare, especially on oily skin and in hair rinses and claimed to promote hair growth. It is said to help restore confidence and help with stress. But dilute well as used too strongly can cause headaches. Whichever yummy Ylang Ylang you choose, you will not be disappointed.
